These terms govern use of Clyk (clyk.in), provided by Happyfying Solutions, Pune, India (GSTIN 27AAPFH5224C1ZI).

The service

Clyk lets you create branded short links, view click analytics, and generate QR codes. The Free plan is available now. Paid plans listed on the website are not billed until checkout is enabled. We may change limits with notice on the site.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for destinations you shorten and for complying with applicable law. Do not use Clyk for malware, phishing, spam, or traffic that harms others or the platform. We may pause or remove links and accounts that abuse the service.

Acceptable use

Automated scraping, inflating click counts, and shortening private or loopback addresses are not allowed. Analytics are provided as-is and skip known crawlers; they are not a substitute for an advertising attribution suite.

Liability

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis without warranties. To the extent permitted by Indian law, Happyfying Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from link downtime, third-party sites, or Cloudflare platform limits.
